Hardest thing to do for yourself, but the best you can do:}
I walk 1 mile a day during my lunch M-F. Also on M-T-Th I do a curves circuit workout. On weekends I do some yoga and belly dancing on my own in my house. I watch and journal everything that goes into my body. I work really hard maybe the hardest thing I’ve ever done for myself. I stay focused, I want to be healty and look healthy. Burned 494 calories at curves last night.

I work so hard and it’s so slow to come off, I try not to think about how far I have to go, but I think about next week and losing just 1 more pound.
