Hardest thing to do for yourself, but the best you can do:} 

I walk 1 mile a day during my lunch M-F. Also on M-T-Th I do a curves circuit workout. On weekends I do some yoga and belly dancing on my own in my house. I watch and journal everything that goes into my body. I work really hard maybe the hardest thing I’ve ever done for myself. I stay focused, I want to be healty and look healthy. Burned 494 calories at curves last night.

what’s up with your life. are you taking control or do you let everyone else take control. I took control of my  life at a very young age. I have went through my life knowing what to do and how to handle most things that were tossed to me. I pray more than I eat, I pray more than I sleep, and yes most of the time I figure out what’s  going on with my life and where it’s heading. 365 days a year I have a smile on my face and i’m looking to see who might be smiling back. I never worry about what I can’t change and change what I can so I don’t have to worry and never any drama in my life. I never say diet, I’m changing my food intake lifestyle and excercise plan. I love my life and I love livin my life. “it’s all good” which was my husband’s favorite saying. Burned 508 calories tonight at Curves, walked 1mile, lost 1lb this past week.

Week goes on with me doing what I do best SMILING:}. That is one thing I can do, i’m so blessed with family and friends. I work so hard to get these pounds off and my gang is always supporting me. They understand how hard it is to drop these pounds, I eat on average 900 calories a day, work out 4days a week, drink 60oz water,  less than 100 carbs a day. But still the weight  isn’t falling off, might lose a pound, I hate PCOS. I really don’t want any diet drugs  in my system so I figure I’ll push myself to the limit to see the the outcome. At least I know i’m trying and that is all I can do at this point. Just keep smiling :}

Week of June 29

Past weekend was great, had some of my kids home, with a few grandkids. This weekend should really be good. All my girls will be around for the 4th, we do things together on the 4th each year.

4 day work week this week,

Started a walking program today, I can tell that will hurt more than my nightly curves workout. Put in 950 steps = .09 mi. very slow start, but at least i’ve started on doing more things to be healthy. Was reading you need 10000 steps per day to be healthy, to lose weight you need 5-6000 per day. As you can see i’m not even close, to what the expections are for walking. I’ll just see whats up, I guess you should have the meter on all the time and I really only have it when I go for my walks. If  you want a pedimeter contact your local State Farm agent they should have them for free with a dvd.

Week of June 22

Another week, another day, another hour, another minute all is good in my world. I try and do the right things, eat right, excercise and pray a bunch. Never to have any regrets in my life, no drama, no worries are all my goals for livin life. With God’s grace i’ll complete all my goals and God’s goals too on his time frame not mine.

 I have signed up on site for Summer Survivor: should be fun. Worked out at curves on Monday nite burned 441 calories- Tuesday 462 calories - will walk tonight. Then back to curves on Thursday. Enjoy life each and everyday.

441 Burn at Curves

last night was a cardio night so i burned up 441 calories and only progressed on 4 machines. i will lay off tonight and do some yoga or belly dancing for the muscle flex.

Week of June 8

Hello to everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. I went to many rummage and yard sales, found some treasures. Sunday I was home all day cleaning, my house was a mess, almost have it clean. Last night I walked to my lake and was working on pics of the moon. Forgot my tripod so they weren’t too good, couldn’t hold camera still enough for nite shoots.
